Bridle Brook At Weddington Road
Bridle Brook Way Subdivision: Residential development, plan design & building project. Developed a 2 1/2 acre parcel of land into a 5-lot semi-custom home neighborhood at the end of Bridle Brook Way in South Charlotte. We managed the development, designed the home plans and built all 5 of the homes. This was a semi-custom neighborhood giving allowing customer to make minimal changes to the floor plan.
