Bridle Brook At Weddington Road
Bridle Brook Way Subdivision: Residential development, plan design and building project. Developed a 2 1/2 acre parcel of land into a 5-lot semi-custom home neighborhood at the end of Bridle Brook Way in South Charlotte. We managed the development, designed the home plans and built all 5 of the homes. This was a semi-custom neighborhood giving allowing customer to make minimal changes to the floor plan.

Sam Drenan is nestled in the heart of Grier Heights. This was a
1 1/2 acre parcel that was re-plated into three separate lots. These homes were built as spec homes. They were old sold before construction was complete.

Bonterra Village is a unique equestrian-themed lifestyle community in Indian Trail near Matthews. It Features green pastures, horse stables and riding trails. The location is great and provides an easy commute to Charlotte. We have 2 spec homes in this community.
